Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Start the trial from Settings → Billing. You get every Team feature for 14 days. Add a card to keep going; if you don't, you stay on Free and keep your Brand Kit.
What counts as a person?
Anyone who is a member of your organisation or has a pending invitation. AI tools, CI pipelines and the GitHub App don't count.
Can we add people mid-month?
Yes. Change the number of seats in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. The difference for the rest of the period is added to your next invoice.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Brandrail isn't registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Add your company name and ABN at checkout and they appear on every invoice.
How do we pay by invoice?
Enterprise plans are invoiced, usually yearly. Email hello@brandrail.com.au and we'll send a quote.
What happens if we cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Scheduled scans and pull request checks stop; your Brand Kit, components and history stay.
Rolling out to a large organisation?
We'll help with the security review, set up your Brand Kit with your design team, and invoice yearly.
